South Africa women tour Bangladesh ahead of ICC World T20

The South African women's cricket team arrived at Dhaka Tuesday to play six warm-up matches against Bangladesh ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup in Sri Lanka later this month.

South Africa will play these matches from Sep 7-15, reports Xinhua.

South Africa are placed in Group B with Sri Lanka, New Zealand and West Indies in the World T20 to be held from Sep 26-October 7. India are in Group A with Australia, England and Pakistan.

South Africa will take the hosts Sri Lanka in the opener of the tournament. (IANS)
