Yuvraj Singh glad to be included in India's T20 World Cup squad
Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has expressed delight over his selection in the Indian squad for the Twenty20 World Cup in Sri Lanka.

The cricketer tweeted, “Can’t explain how I feel! Feels like I'm going to play for India for the first time! Want to thank a lot of people”



Yuvraj thanked the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the Indian selectors for keeping faith in him. The cricketer was named in the Indian squad for T20 World Cup, four months after he was treated for a rare germ-cell tumour between his lungs.

He said,” Specially BCCI and selectors for showing their faith in me, my friends and family, my fans and the media! It’s a special day for me.”

The southpaw said he was always confident of wearing the Indian jersey again despite being treated for Cancer.

“When I was diagnosed with cancer I always thought in my heart that one day I will come back and play for India,” Yuvraj said.
